We are looking for a friendly, professional and experienced piercer who Is wanting to transition to teaching for our new Academy in Bury, Manchester.

In your role, you will be responsible for providing the highest standard of piercings. Never instructed before? We will provide full training.

Working with the Academy Manager, you will be responsible for the student experience from start to finish, providing a safe, hygienic but inviting service and teaching environment for our students.

Requirements and skills

Full teaching training will be provided.
You can confidently advise in all areas of piercing and create beautiful ear stacks.
You understand the piercing experience can be daunting, you know how to navigate the full piercing journey, including aftercare, with warmth and professionalism.
You have experience in all facets of piercing, including disposal of waste / hazardous waste and sharps, experience in consent forms, inventory and ordering for all piercing tools and equipment, pre and post sterilisation, keeping a clean studio and ensure compliance.
Self-motivated as this role asks for you to work independently.
You have a genuine interest in teaching and piercing, you get the aims of the academy and want to reflect it in the academy, whether it is developing ways to improve the student journey or improving the academy.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Organised with great time management skills.
Piercing Experience required.

WORKING HOURS

Initially you will be required to work 10 days per month. You will be able to use the rest of the month to pierce your own clients and generate your own income in our studio, free of charge.

BENEFITS

You will be working initially 1 weekend per month increasing to 2 – earning, £200 per day.
Free use of our studio. You can use our studio to pierce your own customers.
Earn £200 per day to start with
